wearing a hat of hornbeams and wild cherry trees,
hazelwood and oak,
foxes and hares,
wild boars and deers,
chanterelles and snails
lichen and bark,
rust colored earth and rocks,
birds of prey and little birds,
cowslips and violets,
wild strawberries and wild huckleberries

to taste caradeux, it is all that!
gamey and heart-warming as you would expect
well developed tannins, but beautifully blended
delicately endowed of red fruits
of violets, subtly perfumed

Moving up in depth of fruit, texture, suggestions of moist earth and forest floor, En Caradeux enjoys all of the strawberry, red fruit notes to be found in the village wine and remains on the feminine side of the gender profile, while adding more deeper, sweeter fruit, roundness and a fuller palate.
