50 plus year old Carignan and Grenache with a splash of Syrah from high altitude schist & gneiss soils. Intense magenta color and nose of dark, rich, plummy fruit. Raised in 2 and 3 year old barrels and bottled without filtration. Named after a game invented by the family children when they realized that thanks to the organic work in the vineyards, butterflies were multiplying in multitude.
